The stack is the story
Jason and Lucia need money. That is the plot. A job goes wrong.
People hunt them in Vice City. They try to buy their way out.
Rob Nelson told Famitsu story missions will not fund the campaign. You grind the open world. Then you get the next chapter.

Bank the cash
Unbanked cash dies with you. Deposit it through the phone app.
Famitsu described that bank account. The Extended Look and the October 15 launch trailer did not show tables. Do not treat either as a casino money loop.
Heat sits on top of wanted stars. High heat scales police pursuit. NPCs clock you differently.
A clean getaway keeps the stack. A loud one donates it to Leonida PD.
Scan, steal, sell
Hold the phone up to a plate. You scan value before you steal.
Steal to order. Sell to the chop shop.
Early cars open with lockpicks. Luxury metal needs a key cloner.
Smash a window and the alarm goes. Trackers light you up if you crawl.
Damage cuts the sale. Pay & Spray drops heat, then locks after a sold car.
Early on you store three personal vehicles. Randy wants specific models.
Tills, hideouts, jewelry, banks
Convenience store tills are free-roam or story. Go quiet when you can.
A snap gun beats a kicked door. Kill cameras. Lift the register and leave.
Jewelry smash-and-grab is on the confirmed list. Prep it. The glass is loud.
Hideout raids drop cash and drugs. Fence the product.
Bank heists sit at the top of the street ladder. Drive and gunner can swap mid-chase.
Lucia can run the drop while you ride shotgun.
Jason and Lucia
Both are playable in missions. Lucia is a confirmed ex-convict.
Each lead has a distinct criminal network. Use both.
Leonida is the Florida analogue. Vice City is the main city.
You also get wetlands, smaller towns, and rural stretches.
Where casinos fit
Nelson did not name casinos. Trailer nightlife is clubs (NINE1NINE, Jack of Hearts), not a Diamond-style pit. The October 15 launch trailer still does not name a floor.
GTA Online supported the Diamond for years. Our casino pages are Florida analogues with fan names, not footage pins.
If a floor ever ships, it has to beat a clean chop-shop run. House edge is a tax. That is a prediction, not a screenshot.
